Rent a car without a driver

  • – Available for a period from 1 day;
  • – The countdown starts from the moment of signing the act of acceptance and transfer of a car;
  • – The minimum age of 19 years, driving experience from 1 year.

Terms of payment

  • – Car rental is paid in full amount in cash or by bank transfer when signing the rental agreement;
  • – At the conclusion of the contract is paid a deposit (pledge) in the specified amount (depending on the class of car);
  • – In case of premature car return, we return the payment for all unused the whole days.

Car rental price

  • – Punctures and damage to tires and rims;
  • * The car must be returned with the received amount of fuel.
  • ** The car must be returned with a clean body and a cleaned interior.

Deposit for car rental

  • – depending on the class of the car from $82.

Car delivery

  • – Within the city of Minsk — $8*;
  • – Delivery / return to the airport during working hours — $16**;
  • – Delivery / return across Belarus is possible by prior arrangement;
  • – Delivery of the car during off-hours is also possible, the price is negotiated additionally.
  • * When renting from 5 days delivery in the city of Minsk $0.
  • ** When renting from 5 days, transfer to the airport $8.

During the rental period is prohibited:

  • – smoke in the car;
  • – to transport prohibited items and materials;
  • – transport animals (pets can only be transported with permission);
  • – rent a car in a sub-lease or transfer it to third parties;
  • – use in a taxi;
  • – tow another vehicle and use a trailer;
  • – exceed the permissible load capacity of the vehicle;
  • – teach driving;
  • – participate in the rally, auto racing and competitions regardless of their location.

We also recommend:

  • – Close the car before leaving;
  • – Do not leave in the car documents, keys, objects and devices that can provoke breaking into for the purpose of theft;
  • – Do not leave the car in places where parking is prohibited;
  • – Do not drive a car in case of poor health, drug or alcohol intoxication;
  • – Use the car only within the Republic of Belarus or in advance of the agreed countries;
  • – Do not allow driving to persons not included in the car rental agreement;

Frequently asked questions

A deposit is money that guarantees your compliance with the terms of the lease agreement. We will refund the full amount of the deposit after returning the car in the condition in which it was transferred to you.
Car rental in our company is provided to persons over 19 years old with driving experience of 1 year.
In the event of damage to the vehicle or a traffic accident, you should:
– immediately call the traffic police and get a copy of the protocol with a detailed list of damage caused to the car,
– write down addresses and phone numbers of witnesses,
– within 2 days to provide all documents and information to our company.
In the case of the provision of all documents from the traffic police your liability is limited to the deposit.
In the case of non-provision, you must pay the full cost of auto repair.
All our cars have full insurance: complete protection of the car against damage, accidents, theft.
Insurance does not apply to:
– Damage to the wheels, hubcaps (scratches, paintwork and polymer coating violations), in cases of maintaining their performance;
– tire damage, with the exception of tire damage as a result of illegal actions of third parties;
– Damage to the car interior.

On cars of Carhire.by company you can go abroad only by prior arrangement.
If you plan to travel abroad of the Republic of Belarus, you must purchase additional Green card insurance.
You will get a car exactly what you’ve booked or with higher class.
The complete checkout takes approximately 15 minutes. If you send all the necessary data for the conclusion of the contract in advance, all registration will take 5 minutes.
The company office hours Mon-Sun from 09.00 to 18.00. However, you can get a car at a convenient time by prior arrangement. Also during the car rental we provide 24/7 support.
We will deduct the cost of washing the car and fuel from the amount of the deposit. If you are not sure that you will be able to return the car in the form in which you rented it – while booking order the additional services “Car wash” and “Prepaid fuel tank”.
It is prohibited to transfer control to persons not included in the car rental agreement. When booking and making a rental you can order the service “Additional driver”.
